  • ๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿ‡ท Athens Marios Stavropoulos, founder, Softomotive. Softomotive bootstrapped one of the leading RPA solutions, before raising $25m and being acquired by Microsoft to merge with Power Automate a few months ago.

  • ๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿ‡ท Patras George Sidiropoulos, founder, Think Silicon. Think Silicon delivers ultra low power graphics processors, enabling computation at the edge. The company was acquired by semiconductor powerhouse Applied Materials earlier in 2020.

  • ๐Ÿ‡ฉ๐Ÿ‡ช Berlin Kostas Tzoumas, founder, Ververica. Creators of the Apache Flink platform, Ververica (previously Data Artisans) built a broadly-adopted enterprise stream processing solution before getting acquired by Alibaba in January 2019.

  • ๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿ‡ง London Dr. Maria Chatzou-Dunford, founder, Lifebit. Lifebit, with $11m in investment to date, provides an intelligent and federated cloud operating system that acts as a Trusted Research Environment and is used to democratize the analysis and understanding of biomedical and genetic big data.

  • ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ New York David Politis, founder, BetterCloud. BetterCloud helps 2000+ IT teams discover, manage, and secure all of their SaaS applications. The company has raised $187m from firms such as Accel, Bain, and Warburg Pincus.

  • ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ San Fransisco Edvard-Athanasios Engesรฆth, founder, Nurx. Nurx delivers vital medications and tests at home, without seeing a doctor or waiting in line at the pharmacy. The company has raised a total of $116m from the likes of YC, USV, and Kleiner Perkins.
